1099 CARPENTER/HOME REMODLER

Ryan & Sons Construction is a family-owned general contractor with a focus on delivering quality results to our residential clients. We are currently looking for a 1099 contractor that has an overall knowledge of home remodeling and construction projects. The successful candidate will need to be able to independently complete projects with a balance of superior results and . Ideally this individual would be able to help facilitate other tradesman at the job site and be a liaison with ownership on multiple projects.

Experience:

5+ years

FULL-TIME, 1099 POSITION

Salary:

Up to $30 per hour

Skills/ Requirements:

  • Ability to perform a quality job
  • Experience in Residential Remodeling
  • General construction knowledge in some/all the following areas:
  • Bathroom Remodel
  • Kitchen Remodel
  • Basement Remodel
  • LVP and Tile Flooring
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Decks
