We recently went through Lowe's to update the flooring on our main floor. Long story short, after receiving all the materials, Lowe's broke our contract and we needed to find a new contractor to lay them. I contacted several in my area and was having a very difficult time finding one who could do it, let alone anytime soon. Patrick was quick to get back to me and was out for an estimate within the week. He even helped us out in price to get closer to what we had originally been quoted through Lowe's! When a spot in his schedule happened to open up, he contacted me and was able to squeeze in the job much earlier than we originally thought. Pat and his crew were not only a pleasure to have in our home, but they finished the job in 3 days and it looks fabulous! Pat spoke to his crew with respect and patience which is very important to me; a good boss means happy employees which means a better job done. Definitely recommend!

Patrick is very professional and transparent. He is flexible and understanding- something I hope he would write if he were reviewing us as clients! We hired him as part of a renovation loan we had which was a massive undertaking. The work took several months- but that was due to Covid, illnesses, financial setbacks, product availability, etc. Patrick was always transparent and followed through with our requests. My only criticism of Patrick is that he does not have enough hands. We had one major issue and that was when I asked him to purchase a very specific floor we had chosen from Home Depot, he did not purchase this right away and it was no longer available locally. That said, he drove to Ohio to pick up the flooring we wanted. Overall, Patrick's work is well done. Our work with him was generally focused on structural/flooring, some exterior work affected by dry rot, and a few other jobs (subcontracted with other professionals such as electricians). Patrick has been helpful, understanding, patient and worth working with. We selected Patrick after going through so many other contractors who were not available because of Covid- and he stepped up. Patrick is a genuinely good person- something that is hard to find in a lot of contractors

we are so pleased that we hired Ryan and Son for our tile project for a new shower stall. Not only was Patrick understanding of what we wanted but he also helped my husband with a difficult plumbing problem for the shower drain. Patrick is very professional and has a pleasant personality. He accomplished the job in 3 days and for a very reasonable price. We are very pleased with his work . If we have any more projects we will use Ryan and Son construction again. When we wanted to add onto our home and create additional living space, we turned to Houzz to help us with ideas and find local contractors. After interviewing several, we decided on Ryan & Sons Construction to help us with this project. What tipped the scales was Patrick's professionalism, knowledge and demeanor; he really listened to what we wanted and offered ideas to compliment our end result. Throughout the process he was able to call upon architects, plumbers, electricians and colleagues to quickly get the permit pulled and construction started. We are almost finished with this project and are very happy we chose this company to work with. I'm suggesting Ryan and Sons to anyone who asks me if I know a reputable contractor.

I hired Ryan and Sons to build a composite deck in the back of my house. What I thought would be a straightforward and simple project turned out to be much more involved than I originally thought.

My wife and I hired Ryan & Sons to update the flooring in our living room. Patrick and his team were professional, courteous and did the job so well that we've already signed a contract to update our windows come this fall! The time spent with us to explain the process and address our questions before he even started the work was truly appreciated. We did have some personal delays and to his credit, Patrick was able to rework our job into his busy schedule to accommodate our needs. While doing the work, Ryan & Sons was very clean, quick and efficient; which is important to us as we're working from home like so many others.

If you're looking for a contractor that truly cares about quality of work and treats you with respect, I highly recommend!

Did a great job on repair the siding that was damaged from the windstorm - they are pricing out a cost for the backyard fence and some construction cost for my son's house. Highly recommend- Dave Dickman

Super professional, efficient, friendly, and did great work on short notice! Fixed the siding on my house perfectly and gave my wife and me a great consultation for what will soon be our master suite. I recommend them to everyone! Special shout-out to Patrick on top of that too!
